FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP
One hundred sixty memberships. The founding members get in first.
Founding membership opens when we sign the room. Founders lock the best rate, skip the $500 initiation fee, and go on the wall on opening day. Join the list and you will be first to hear the terms and the dates.
What a founding membership is
- The lowest rate the club will sell, and no $500 initiation fee.
- Priority booking, from day one.
- A brass plate on the wall, set on opening day.
- The founding hat.
- A say in the guest policy before we write it.
Founding membership — not open yet
We are finalizing the space now. The list hears first the day founding opens — the rate, the waves, and the doors.
JOIN THE LISTWHAT WE'RE BUILDING
You know the drill in North County. The tee sheet fills before sunrise. The range is a mat and a bucket and no idea why the ball went left. The clubs with grass want a second mortgage. So we're building the club in between — Four tour-grade bays, a lounge to sit in afterward, and 160 members who know each other's names, west of the 5.
-
01
A HOME COURSE
160 members, capped. League nights, match play, money games, and somewhere to settle them afterward. You will know the people here.
-
02
A FULL CALENDAR
Weekly leagues, member tournaments, the majors on in the lounge, and corporate days for your team or your clients. There is always a reason to come in.
-
03
PRACTICE THAT COMPOUNDS
Four bays with tour-grade launch monitors and high-speed cameras. The same frame-by-frame idea, with numbers attached.
-
04
OPEN EARLY AND LATE
Your phone is the key. Come in before work, or long after dinner. Off-peak hours are unlimited and always will be.
FOUNDING MEMBERS 001–025
The first 25 names go up in brass before the first round is played. Everyone who joins after walks past them on the way in.
Concept rendering.
YOUR NAME, IN BRASS
Every founding member's name goes on the wall, cast in brass and set on opening day. Put yours on a plate and turn it in the light.
A preview. Founding plates are cast once the room is signed.
THE FOUNDING KIT
Hats, polos, gloves, a club ball — all Flite Society's own. A first look is coming soon.
WHERE THIS COMES FROM
In the 1950s, our family made flip books.
You held a stack of still frames, ran your thumb down the edge, and watched a golf swing move one frame at a time — as slowly as you wanted. A swing is too fast to learn from. Slowed down, it becomes something you can study.
Flite Society is that idea with better tools. Launch monitors. High-speed cameras. The numbers underneath a swing you can finally see.
The tools changed. The idea didn't.
THE INTEREST LIST
We open in Q1 2027. The list gets the build as it happens — the room, the lease, and the day founding memberships open. Nothing else.

QUESTIONS
Encinitas–Cardiff, west of the 5. We'll publish the address once the lease is signed. We're not going to name a room we don't have yet.
Soft open in Q4 2026, public in Q1 2027. Permits and construction move at their own pace. The list hears when they move.
We'll set membership pricing as we finalize the space and open the founding waves. Founders lock the lowest rate and skip the $500 initiation fee. Join the list and you'll hear the numbers first.
A rental sells you an hour and forgets your name. A range hands you a mat and a bucket. A club gives you a home: your numbers live in the bays, your league is on the calendar, and the people know your game. That difference is the whole idea.
Your phone is the key, and the room is open early and late. We'll publish the exact window when the lease is signed. We'd rather commit to it once than announce it and change it.
Yes. A guest comes in on your booking rather than taking a slot of their own, so you're never competing with the room to bring someone. We'll publish the guest policy before we open, and founding members get a say in it.
A family that has been in golf for three generations. The flip books were ours. We live in North County, we play here, and we got tired of a town with this much golf in it having nowhere to practice. Write to us and you'll get a person back, not a form.
